Her leadership ensures that the Kūpono team maintains strong, lasting relationships with the families and individuals they serve, while keeping everyone focused on delivering exceptional service and personalized care to each member of their client ʻohana.

Originally from Chaclacayo, Lima, Peru, Mara moved to Hawai‘i in 2003. She began her career in financial services in 2016 and has been a successful entrepreneur for more than two decades, managing and growing several small businesses. Mara studied Interior Architecture and Design at Toulouse Lautrec in Peru and later attended Brigham Young University, where she pursued Business and Art.
Mara resides on the North Shore of Oʻahu with her two daughters, Nicole and Mali, and their three year old puppy, Louis.
